  • I came in on a Tuesday morning with a low tire because of a screw stuck in it, asking for a repair, and to my surprise was told that they would fix it at no charge! This was great because I also needed to have my tires rotated and was concerned with the cost after being hit with some unexpected bills. He (I wish I was better at remembering names) walked out to my truck with me and inspected it, along with the rest of my tires, checking the tread depth and condition. He also asked for the exact mileage on the truck. We went inside and he explained that my tires should still be good for a couple more years, judging by the mileage and the current wear. I liked that he didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. Unfortunately, a rarity these days. They ended up doing the rotation and balance of all 4 tires, fixed my flat, and replaced the tire pressure sensor while they were at it, for $40 in just over an hour! Best bargain I've gotten in a very long time, and I am a lifelong customer as long as they keep treating their customers this way!
