  • Manager Ty worked the phones with Goodyear for over 30 minutes to deal with a blown out Marathon trailer tire. In the end, he said the perforated amount GY was going to give me didn't seem fair. He then took care of it by selling me a tire below his cost, with half price mounting. While GY may be problematic, Ty is one of the best I've dealt with as a consumer in a long time.
