  • Terrible organization. Technician is supposed to be at my house from 3-5 to PM my AC. Technician calls me asking to come early. I agree despite the inconvenience and he tells me he will be here by 2. 3 pm and the company receptionist calls me to tell me the technician won't be at my house for another 45 minutes. I ask why the tech called me earlier to move up the appointment. I explain that I left work to accommodate their schedule. The office rep just laughs. I then inform her I am cancelling my monthly PM agreement because this has happened on multiple occasions. She transfers me to someone who tells me I have to send an email. I send them email and immediately get another email. I have to verify that I am not spam. Ridiculous. Zero customer service. Read the other reviews...don't expect a different experience.
