  • Renters beware! I never received a signed lease from these guys even after repeated attempts to get one. They robbed me of my deposit and were very slow to respond to all the issues we had with the house which unfortunately were a lot. The house was a disgusting mess when we moved in and we cleaned it up nice when we moved out and were still charged a cleaning fee. In my opinion these guys just want to collect money and do nothing to maintain the property or make sure the tenants are comfortable. I do not recommend renting from Apartment Hunters, specifically if Brandon Boxrud or Donna Kellar are involved. They are unethical and unprofessional.
