  • If there was a zero "0" I would put that. The company sent a non-certified person to the house who did not know what he was doing...for all I know he could have broke something and claimed it was not there, they sent a 2nd guy (the previous young supervisor) he said something is missing and sent a claim to the insurance and that was going to cost us $600 plus. Which was denied. We found the part and replaced it for $10. What the what???? UGH NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!!
