  • COX "Suckers"!!! I have been without service for 11 days! I run my business from my home...but have no recourse from these idiots. I'm told these stores are "independent" so they have no control, and are just here as a front to sell this shitty "service"! Paid extra for MLB pkg(missed World Series), paid extra for nothing! This company is more than a huge disappointment...they are taking money for service they are not providing. Please do not use this company, like me...a fool! I'm in the process of yanking all their equipment from my home and want to throw it thru their front window! My vote for worst company ever!
