Terrible customer service from JANE or Janalisa? not exactly sure, but the very nice and professional manager says that "J" is her best producer...well, not impressed unless along with that great sales success that the employee treats one with respect that comes into the store to purchase a product.
I walked into the store to exchange something when I wound up deciding just to return, because I was treated so rudely.
I walked into the store that I live across the street from. I walked in with an old trader Joe bag as my purse and my old beat up vans that my dog got a hold of around the tongue of the shoe LOL!!! Shame on "J".
She literally imitated me and laughed in my face when I attempted to return an item that I had a receipt for, but was over the 30 day limit.... Shame on "J". When I kindly and quietly asked to see a manager, she said no worries I will do it for you...(with her snotty and condescending tone)...and then after a pause she started lecturing me about my future shopping and abiding to policy...Um, Jane? Wouldn't it have been nice to know my reason why for the delay of the return?...Wouldn't that have been kind and considerate?
The manager spoke to me. We had a very nice conversation and she offered me a great opportunity to take home an item and try it out. Though I graciously refused, I asked that she try and make sure "J" or any other employee does not EVER speak or look to another client like I was looked at and treated, because people deserve better.
