  • This place has no explanation of charges, we are buying a new house and they said we had two options and Carpets-N-More was one of them. We walked in the first day and didn't even get greeted. We looked around for 10 minutes or so and asked to setup an appointment for the next day. This is where it goes from bad to worse. The next day we come and sit down with our design agent. First of all their granite color was different from the color that our home company has and she swore it was the same but it wasn't... Then we walked the floor and selected a laminate flooring and tile for wet areas. She says these are good choices and will match well and also advised us the price was pretty good on them..... So we go and sit down in back as she goes to her desk to get a price. She comes back and the first thing she says is don't laugh.... So now we are thinking the worst. She says total price is 44k, this is with your credit for the basic not being installed. We were floored literally!!! I am not a dumb person like she thought... We asked why so expensive, she said I put your product into my computer and this is the price that comes up. That's $10 per Sqft I said and she said there is nothing she can do to this, sorry. Well sorry but due to your: 1. Lack of customer service 2. Inexperienced design lady 3. Non caring staff 4. Ridiculous prices 5. Lack of explanation 6. Costs that are 300% higher We will be using another company and we will be letting everyone we know that you guys are a ripoff! We had a company come in with 5 star Yelp reviews and do an estimate. They quoted 15k for the exact same brand and everything. Tip: Don't use this company!!! Message me and I will give a good company. Please do your research.
