rev:text	Ok I will start with the good...the pool itself is awesome, chill and perfect for families. They have plenty of seating if you do not want to reserve a daybed or cabana and they also offer you towels so you don't have to bring a bunch of stuff from home. However if I was management I would see if I could up sale or offer these vacant cabanas and daybeds for a discounted rate when guest checked in to pay admission. There are so many that are empty it just seems that you could benefit more as a company if you lowered the rate as it got close to closing time. Just a thought :) Now the not so good. Admission...while I think the price to enter for locals and tourist is completely reasonable it's the girls who check you in and take the money that are not. First off I have been charged for my kids on some occasions but not others which I obviously like to not have to pay for them just because they are 1 and 2 years older than the 10 and under free admission. But when I come with them nearly every other day and also with my husband and I'm 8 months pregnant I don't like having to show my local i.d. after my husband just showed his. I'm pregnant with 2 other kids and come at least 3 times a week. We are obviously together. And to make matters worse I recently left my I.d. in car because the previous time I came they didn't ask once they saw my husbands. Well as luck would have it they ask even after my hubby showed them his as well as his casino work badge. And still they wanted mine or I'd have to pay for the non local admission. It was a weekend so $10 was dumb to pay when my i.d. was in valet. So because I'm 8 months pregnant my husband ran up and got it for me which took about 10 -15 mins while he had to wait for them to go get the car and then repark it. That really bothered me because sure I could have just paid it. But damn I come all the time and I'm pregnant so thank you for having me sit in the heat for 15 mins just to prove I'm a locals wife. Annoying to say the least so there went the tip I usually give for towels that day. Now for the bad....I cocktailed in both fine dining and a nightclub for 14 yrs here in town. And can honestly say these cocktail servers are not even nervy as busy and have the longest greeting time, ordering time and return time I've ever experienced. I get its hot outside, and I understand the bar is not exactly in the middle of the pool. But as many girls as I saw working like 4 tgere should not be that long of a wait to not only get greeted but to place the order and then receive it. I found that a lot of them don't multi task. Like when I got my drinks after 20 mins I had ask for a menu when I had ordered them. The drinks came but no menu. So I reminded her and she said sorry she would be right back so 10 mins goes by and she brings the menu. Well at this point I told her we were in a hurry so I'd order right away. She said ok perfect let me drop off these drinks and I'll be right back. So she walks away to deliver drinks and d I sent come back the same way. Instead she goes back towards bar. Now she wasn't at bar long she had picked up more drinks and was walking towards us when I said I was ready to order and she says she WI be right back ...again well this was enough for us no thanks we are good and d isn't order food. I just have never seen a server not try to get as much on one side of the venue taken care of before going to the other side. She just went back and forth it's no wonder they are slow towards the end of the shift. I definitely think that they need more girls on of its gonna take as long as it does. And it does always take a long time. So with that being said I say 3 stars is fair. I love the pool and I like it enough to keep coming back but would like to see it cater to locals that frequent there often a bit more. Then I would definitely give it more stars q
