| - This place.. well I don't know where to start.. I was offered a 1 week free trial from my gf.. I went in there hoping to just acquire more information.. and was forced into signing a contract with the manager promising me if I had any issue to come to him and he'll take care of it.. I told him I was sent sure and would feel much more comfortable just using the passed I was given and taking it from there.. he practically said there was no point in the pass.. (his exact words) so I signed up for month even though they new and repeatedly told them I was not really going to have much time to spend at the gym they said don't worry if I don't like it just let them know.. they'll take care of it.. LIESSS, - expensive LIES! Let this be a lesson.. these people don't give a ***** about you, they treat you like crap, you practically get cussed out over the phone by Matt yelling and talking very rudely to me.. saying "if I have a problem, you should tell me to my face". Highly unprofessional, mean while my best buddy, the one who signed me and promised he'd be there I've tried getting of hold of him not 5.. like 10x left him messages, left my number, told them what it was regarding, asked for corporate number, they told me that he'd call me back.. $500 later I haven't used the membership once after the first week.. so I went a drive 20 mins up north to see if I can try another one.. it was WORST I requested to speak with there manager there and they direct me to Matt I explained to him how I was unhappy with the services, how I don't find the gym convenient in the amenities they offer and requested a refund. He basically went around the bush and totally did not address the fact that I wanted out of my contract and needed help. He suggested that he could train me personally and I was sexually harassed! To the point where I felt so gross out by him and uncomfortable I left in the middle of my training and ran out.. I should feel comfortable around my trainer.. this is when I went back to the original la fitness that signed me up.. and told them I will no longer be using there gym for personal reasons.. and they basically told me that, that night when I went in there and spent almost an hour requesting to use the gym and see how the gym operates, and signed a contract, just a few signature here and there, I APPARENTLY SIGNED MY SELF INTO A YEAR CONTRACT WITH THIS GROUP?!? And if I wanted out.. I needed to pay them $1,100. I am writing to let all of you guys know to beware.. their selling point is that they have a 95% success rate however take a look at there reviews!!
