  • Sorry Best Buy, but I don't know what has happened with your Customer Service. I have lived in the area for years and visited this location multiple times, for computers, TV's, etc. and all I can say is I almost dread going there now. Although Best Buy offers a great variety of items, Customer Service has gone down hill. Unfortunately employees don't have the knowledge of their products like they did years ago and it is definitely hard to find someone to assist without having to "ask" for it. Located in the Metropolitan Shopping Center, parking can be limited/tough to find, but one thing I do like and appreciate is the fact they have a Customer Pick Up/Drop Off area if front of the store. A definite convenience especially when a large/heavy purchase has been made.
