  • The same day I posted this review, I was contacted by someone from SkinnyFats. I have to say that I am so beyond impressed with their customer service. Lana was very apologetic with what had happened and wanted to understand the issue in order to remedy the situation moving forward. I really appreciate the effort the restaurant put forth to redeem themselves. Probably won't take the same group of people back to the restaurant but it won't be off my weekend rotation.
