  • Thursday, 30 October 11.15am, been waiting .30 minutes with no seating/eye contact or acknowledgement as 4 separate employees chat amongst themselves/play with computers/arrange phone and completely ignore not only myself but other customers. Then I discovered it's not a real tmobile store, but a contractor. Figures. Left, went to 51st ave/indian school where they have real employees, real chairs, real customer service with manners.
