  • Went to get a Brazilian wax yesterday, but after I heard the girls working there laughing and making comments like "ew" "omg" etc it made me leave and not want to come back. My wax specialist Erica asked the other employees if they had a tampon, as I had an emergency and did not have any on me. I was in the first door on the left, so I could easily hear what was going on out front. When she explained to the girls what I needed and why, I heard them make those rude comments, and laughing loudly. It doesn't help that after one of their employees came out of the restroom the rest of the employees were laughing as I went in, as the person using it previously was there for a long time.... Are these the type of people you employ?? I have never felt more EMBARRASSED or UNCOMFORTABLE. I understand when it's that time of the month it's not pleasant, but under no circumstance should a customer be treated that way! Thank you, employees of European Wax Center @ Tempe Market Place I appreciate you showing true colors, on how you care for guests.
