  • Service conducted by: CINDY HERNANDEZ I came to New Image to get Treatment to minimize my acne scars. Cindy was highly recommended to me by my nurse friend. Location: New Image is located in the building of the Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. The office is well maintained, and very presentable. Service: there were a couple of treatments Cindy offered, but due to the severity of my acne scars she recommended a more aggressive treatment called Pixel, and in no time I was scheduled in for my treatment. Cindy has a very gentle touch and performed the treatment in a manner so reassuring I had no doubt I was in good hands. Trusting your aesthetician is key and Cindy is someone you can trust to be highly competent. -Pixel: it feels like a facial sunburn, slightly roasting it. You will hear some popping sounds due to the facial hair burning. Pricing: New Image as a whole will cater to any customers financial capability. They also accept CareCredit. Cindy personally gave me a couple of deals to help me afford my treatment. Follow-up Service: I hate to beat the dead horse but Cindy really does a phenomenal job at taking care of her patients. It doesn't matter if it's the wee hours of the night if you have any concerns you can call her and she will pick-up to answer any questions. Also she will schedule you a couple of times to come in and check-up the status of your healing. Overall: believe me when I say I am truly happy with the service I received from Cindy, take my advice and use her services. I will be returning in a few months to perform my next sessions with her.
