rev:text	James Jack was my sales leader. I call him leader because he taught me a lesson in life. The lesson in life is stay calm and don't worry things have a way of working out when you know what you need and want. When I walked in with my Land Rover trade-in, I was transparent and told him my circumstances. I am single mom to a special needs young man with a new diagnosis of Lupus... a mountain of debt bc of graduate loans... and my Land Rover was in bad shape and I could not compel Land Rover to have a heart. James had compassion and took heart to my story. I told him what I wanted, what I could afford, and what I liked. James Jack did not force the sale nor did he give me the run around. His calmness and smile made me want to stay and negotiate with the finance department and sales manager. I left with a new car and I am happy. Luxury car treatment at this dealership thanks!
