  • It's a shame the instructor, Leon, doesn't have his own business. I enjoyed his patient instruction and looked forward to working with him again, but trying to book lessons through the unprofessional owner Margaret was a nightmare. I purchased a 6 hour package and every lesson I tried to book (3 times!) was canceled or rescheduled right before the lesson. When I asked for the company to commit to the schedule they had given me, Margaret became very aggressive and told me that they would not be able to stop changing the lesson time because of "traffic", and that she would "cancel" the rest of my lessons and send me a refund (which I did not ask for - I was only trying to keep the lesson time I had been promised.) She not only changed the lesson times, but the instructor as well! Anyone who takes driving lessons knows how important it is to continue to practice in the same car, with the same instructor. When I told her this, she HUNG UP ON ME! I have NEVER been hung up on by a "professional" - which obviously this company, and woman, are not. I have been promised a refund and if I don't receive it, I will write another review and report this business to the BBB.
