| - My 2 toy poodles have been the patients of Dr. Brandt, for the last 2 years. A few months ago, suddenly, I had received the letter of Dismissal from care that I had decided to post here, and my response to it.

DISMISSAL OF CARE LETTER:
Dear #######,
I am writing to you in regard to your relationship with our practice. Natural Care Institute wants to thank you for your business and the care and attention you have shown your pets over the years. However this letter is our official dismissal of care notice.
As a practice we have decided that due to your many requests for your pets you may be served best elsewhere. For example, there have been several times in which you scheduled an appointment with a tech and asked for Dr. Brandt upon arrival and so we have had to tell you that Dr. Brandt is not available and yet upon seeing her in a hallway you have tried to catch her attention while she is on her way to seeing another client who appropriately scheduled an appointment with the doctor. In addition to this ongoing issue, each time you arrive for an appointment you have very specific requests and questions, many of which must be answered and handled by Dr. Brandt yet you are unwilling to schedule an appointment with her to continue care. Each time you come in you require the attention of at least three people from our staff of only five, please keep in mind we are a small specialty clinic and we do see other patients throughout the day. We feel that the amount of attention you require when you are here is more than we can assist you with and as such we recommend seeking care at a larger, non-specialty animal hospital fit for yours and your pet's needs. We are more than happy to forward records to the animal hospital of your choice. Please inform us of when you would like these records sent.

For Doctor Brandt and her staff:
Because you had unjustly terminated me from your practice, I am forced to took for another holistic Veterinarian, right away.
Most of the reasons, that have been offered in your letter to me, are fabrications and intentional misconstruction of the events.
It is my firm believe that the TRUE reasons why I was turned away from your practice, is because of my medical condition, that I had shared with you, even though I am on disability, and protected under the ADA act. And another reason is that I was not willing to buy expensive supplements from you, on a monthly basis, since I can order them myself, as an RN.
