  • I used this pool service company for over three years. First as MEH Pool Service, Inc. then as Poolwerx. I repeatedly had to email regarding my system being improperly cleaned and the system not being primed properly. I found that we would constantly have new people cleaning our pool and often they only checked for chlorine. If there was no chlorine they would put a bunch of tablets in and leave it at that. No shock and no checking any other chemicals. The phosphates of pool water are important and one reason why water does not retain chlorine - yet this was never checked. After many times of emailing for assistance, calling the after hours line, priming the system on my own to get it running again, treating the water on my own, I have hired someone else. It is sad that this company will take you money and not do an honest job.
