The worst of the worst. We opened a new commercial account with centurylink. We've had it for almost a month and we still don't have a reliable connection. They have primarily offshore support. At one point I had run a speedtest on the connection and said to the rep the service you're providing is a lot slower than what we are paying for. She corrected me and said, it's acceptable for us to deliver up to 20% under your contracted service WTF! If I had any other choice I would go with it in a heartbeat.
