rev:text	Do not rent from them!! Their customer service is lousy, and if anything ever needs repair it will take at least a week to be fixed, if ever. I had no air conditioning for over a week in August and when they finally fixed that, the repairman damaged a water pipe that left me with no hot water for over a week. I was informed by the management that I had no recourse and was given no rent reduction. Stay away!!
