I really liked the staff, very friendly and accommodating. The salon was clean as well. Well I was in the salon I was sure I'd come back. Once I left the salon I started doubting. I went in with soak off gels and the tech pulled them off insisting I didn't or couldn't soak them off, and used the electric file to finish the job. My nails felt warm during the process and though they looked lovely my nails ache. There is no decent c-curve and air bubbles in my thumb nail. I can't have anything touch them because of the pain. And I can see the ring of fire on a few nails. Three of my nails look very chunky because he followed my natural nail and didn't compensate. My pedicure felt lovely but I still have a slight callus on both feet because all she used on me was a pumice stone. Not even a foot file or soothing cream. The pedicure throne was nice and so were the televisions and cable. Th experience was nice until the end. During the filling of my nails the tech cut my thumb with an old dull filing block that should have been tossed awhile ago and then I had to use a common nail brush to clean my nails once I was finished. That scared me. The last straw was watching the same bits used on me be used on the next customer without any cleansing. I really hope I didn't catch anything and I wish I have spent my hundred dollars more wisely.
