  • This location is horrible. I walked in this morning for breakfast and there were two people working the counter. A manager and an employee. After they finished with their customers and it was my turn, the manager walks away and the employee walks off to make a coffee. The complaint here is that neither the manager nor that employee acknowledged my presence and the employee kept staring at me while making the coffee and never said "Hi", "I'll be right with you" or anything. She finishes with the coffee, looks at me again and walks outside. I thought she was making a coffee for herself and walked off for her break so at this point I was pissed! I asked the other employees cooking and working drive through for help and they ignored me. Finally, an assistant manager (I think) tells me, "She will help you". I turned around and the employee was back and says, "I was delivering a coffee to a customer outside". How was I supposed to know this?! She just stared at me and never said anything! Needless to say, this is the last time I come to this location. I really wasn't a fan anyway beforeThis just put the icing on the cake for me.
