This company advertises a free-box of chocolates (just pay shipping) -- in reality, you are signing up for a recurring charge. I was charged roughly $38 without forewarning for a single box of chocolates that I did NOT order. Apparently, the fact that it was a subscription and not simply a trial box was specified in the fine print of the lengthy agreement contract (though, mysteriously, absent from any of the ads that prompted me to sign up for the free box/subscription). Though I received no email communicating that another box would be shipped, the charge appeared on my statement. I called in as soon as I saw it (three days after the charge appeared). They would not refund the charge (they did offer 25% off -- great).
Do not sign up. Do not patronize this company. They are attempting to build a business on misrepresentation--something that probably won't work in the Information Age.
