  • Went in and got the V.I.P. wash. My car wasn't filthy but could use the wash after recent rains. I was asked what air freshener I wanted and asked for vanilla. When I claimed my vehicle and got in it, the first thing I noticed was the air freshener was not vanilla.. it was more like a spice which I absolutely hate. When I got home, I noticed there was still quite a bit of dirt on the lower part of my doors that was not addressed. I get my company car washed every 2 weeks (weather permitting) and used this car wash instead of my regular one due to convenience. I will not return to this car wash as I feel a $23.99 car wash should have been a whole lot better. ** To address the question as to why I didn't return to have my issue corrected, the air freshener issue can't be addressed and has to simply be given time to disappear, and the dirt issue.. I didn't want to go back on a weekend and wait for another 30 minutes to address something that should have been taken care of the first time... after all, their staff that dried my car should have noticed and addressed it before calling me to the car for pickup.
