I walked in asking for a removal and a new polish. There were 3 people waiting when I walked in and I noticed only about 4 nail techs all with someone so I told him I could come back but he insisted I stay. As I waited about 5 more people came in some who had called ahead. He wouldn't say no to anyone. He kept checking on me and I kept telling him what I wanted. I was finally seated, but the table was full of nail supplies. He did not move the supplies just stood up and started filing my nails. He was working on 3 people at the same time couldn't remember what everyone wanted. When I usually get the answer removed, aluminum foil and cotton are used. But he poured acetone in a plastic bag and told me to stick my hand in, I told him I have eczema on my fingers and hand and it would be painful to do that. He put my hand in the bag and as I flinched with pain he just said sorry and tied the bag and did the same to the girl next to me. Then placed boiling hot water to place our bag hands in. After my skin when numb from pain he told me to start moving my fingers in the bag to remove the polish. I literally could not move my fingers it was so painful from my rash so I told him and asked if he could just rub it off with cotton. So he did. He did an awful job a filing, supper jagged and uneven, so I asked for a file since I saw he was clearly too busy. Then he said I was all done even though I had a polish picked out, glue is still on my nail. At that point I just wanted out of there. I actually broke down in tears after the fact just out of how painful it was and unprofessional. I could have placed my hands in a bag of acetone at home, that's not what I went there for.
