You might be considering the Clayton House for a wedding or business event. If you haven't seen it yet, it's best that you do so before you decide. However, it's biggest defect may not be obvious, and that is the inadequate parking. For a testimonial dinner attended by 200 people, mostly couples, the parking lot did not contain sufficient spaces. There is alternate parking on the neighborhood streets.
The venue itself is new and plain. A quick viewing will tell you what you need to know. I think it best suited to business events, not so much for celebrations, but you may feel differently.
