  • Don't buy a reptile at this store. I was at this store last night and an older employee was trying to tell me the proper way to care for a ball python. After all she said (which nearly everything was WRONG), I infirmed her that there's not even a temperature/humidity gauge in the tank! Not only that, she gets the key and opens the tank and is too afraid to reach in and feel the substrate. So I reached my hand in and it's completely COLD! This baby ball python was living without any heat source in a cool air conditioned store. Ridiculous!!
