  • The property I rented was in disrepair upon move-in, and getting repairs done has been a nightmare. Problems include: 1. Broken garbage disposal 2. Broken doorbell 3. Severe damage to bathtub finish 4. Broken garage door 5. Broken sink stop 6. Broken outlets along the south wall of the kitchen 7. Broken glass throughout entire yard, including at least 1 window and multiple beer bottles. 8. Garbage in back yard, including: - large bucket of old paint - rusty spray paint cans - large pan of old oil - plywood - cigarette butts 9. Broken dishwasher 10. Broken outlets The quality of the neighborhood is also terrible, and was grossly misrepresented by their leasing agent. Please save yourself a HUGE HEADACHE and rent from someone else!
