  • Jenny helped me this evening with adjusting a bracelet and she was so polite and kind!! The only reason this isn't five stars is because I had called the homewares department before making the trip over to see if any keurig brand 2.0 reusable pods were in stock and to see if the keurig carafe was in stock. I was told the reusable pods were and was assured they were the keurig brand ones after asking a second time. I was told the carafe was not in stock and when I came in to get the reusable pods they were off brand ones, not keurig brand like I needed and they did have the carafe when I was told they didn't.
