I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on Valentine's day. It never showed up. It took me over an hour to get through to someone at the store and I was given every excuse in the book as to why it wasn't delivered. When it did show up the next day, it was missing items. Customer service in the corporate office was not helpful at all and "hung up" on me during an on-line chat. Attached is the transcript from the on-line customer service. What a disappointment. I have ordered from them for years, that will probably stop.

I am very disappointed with a recent order I placed.

W0055473334-1. The arrangement was supposed to be delivered yesterday - it was not. I had a terrible time getting in touch with the delivery location and when I did I was not satisfied with their answer. The order was supposed to include 12 Count Mixed Fruit (3rd Purchase) - 12 Box - it did not.

No, that is why I have these delivered. At this point I don't want it. Can it be put back into my rewards? As I said I will not order from this location again. I did not like the attitude when I finally spoke with someone.

I do not believe they will reactivate the code. But I would send an Email to Rewards@edible.com and explain what happened to them. Maybe they will reissue the code for you.

And if I can't get the code reactivated? Then I either go pick it up - which I don't have time for, forfeit the item, or have them deliver another day. The original order was already a day late. They should, at the very least, refund the amount I paid for delivery since it was delivered on Valentines day.
