  • The rental counter agents are scam artists pure and simple and extremely rude to boot. They try to upsell you on their insurance esp. the LDW and when you decline, they try to berate you....If you must rent from them try to bypass the rental counter and use the Rapid check-in OR better yet DON'T rent from them!
