NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!
we were introduced to this shop from previous tat artist and absolutely loved it. the tats were always perfect and tap outs here are the way to go BUTit appears that as long as you come, you pay and promise to "yelp" everything is good. my husband and owner had a lot in common thru convo and i'm sure in his absence he would be disappointed to know that his shop runs only 100% good service to paying customers IF THEY DONT COMPLAIN. you can have an incompetent team without leadership around i guess...
my son had a tap out session w/Temp, the artist tapped out and then played the 'i didnt understand' card and although everyone understood my point of view, no one did anything about it, not even calling me back to say fuck you, so im going to assume the silence, no response, not available when i call means the same!!
the customer service dealing with some type of fix to the problem has been TERRIBLE to say the least. the managers put me off as well as the owners wife while he is out of the state.
really thought my fam had found the right place forever, what a shame!!
sorry eric, guess i gotta CXL our tap once u return from Cali.
