| - I would never think I would be writing a shining review about a grocery store that I left empty handed from.
Tonight, while at Fry's, I was buying things for dinner. I went to the self checkout and my card didn't process. I found this odd as I had plenty of money in my account, so tried a few more times. The front end manager noticed I was struggling ( I didn't catch his name! ) and offered to ring me up on another register. He made it very simple by just printing out a receipt from my order on hold. We tried and tried, still to no avail. At this point, Jessica from the guest service section not only tried to get my card to work, she offered to PAY FOR MY GROCERIES! Of course I declined, but she is a special person. I hadn't been talking with her for more than 2 minutes before she offered, and I wasn't even mad about the situation or anything. Just out of the kindness of her heart, she offered.
Turns out, Chase had some kind of shutdown and multiple people at the Fry's I was at had the same problem.
I had to leave without my groceries, but I will DEFINITELY be back again! :)
