Fun place but kind of a zoo on Saturday. One trainer, 55 people. Lots of drop-ins and people were friendly, but this is different than any other box I've visited in terms of trainer to participant ratio. You were pretty much left to your own to get in groups and organize yourself. If you know what you are doing and don't mind sort of fending for yourself, it's an interesting place to get a workout. My wife just pulled out of the fray after the warm up because everything was so confusing and not really accommodating if you could find a group at exactly your level - and the poor trainer had no time to do any of that. We've dropped in all over the U.S. as well as internationally and she's never done that. So, not a bad place (and probably a huge money maker) but just know what you are in for.
