  • I have a special place in my heart for makeup. I remember being 10 and sneaking into my moms room and putting on eyeshadow and lipstick before I went off to school. Over the years I've come to love more of the artistic side of makeup. I have to say my favorite part of modern day makeup stores is the ability to play around in the makeup a bit before making the decision to buy or not. Ulta in itself is great. I've never had any issue with them that wasn't fixed right away. I like that they have a mix between drugstore and prestige brands. I also like that they keep a record of everything you purchase if you sign up for their rewards plan so if you loose your receipt no worries. Also you get 3 points for every 100 you spend. Which is $3 toward an in store purchase. They always have coupons and sales. I've also seen up to 5x points. There's really no reason to pay full price for anything in the store. The customer service at this locations is about the same as every other Ulta. I've personally never had an issue finding something I want but I also check the app and see if it's available in store first. If you are a makeup lover like me Ulta is a little piece of heaven.
