  • If you're trying to redeem a myVEGAS comp mimosa or Bloody Mary drink reward, make sure mLife give you a slip or voucher. They will not accept your mLife card. After my breakfast, I had to walk back and stand in the mLife line for another 30 minutes to get the slip. The supervisor at mLife said Pyramid cafe should've called mLife desk instead of having me walked over and waited in line. When I handed the slip to the Pyramid cafe supervisor and told what mLife said, she said they still needed the slip. Either I have to get it or mLife rep walk over with the slip. Both mLife and Pyramid Cafe had very poor customer service. Not only that, when I was dining in the cafe, I wasn't even finished with my corned beef hash and the server just grabbed my plate. She didn't even ask me if I was done eating. I thought that was very rude. I didn't say anything at the time because I was disappointed in their corned beef hash anyways. It was dry. Tasted like the canned ones. I thought it would've been different with real corned beef but it wasn't. Will not return.
