  • One of the things that struck me about this nursery is the selection. I was pleased at the amount of vegetables they had to choose from. I even found purple basil! I didn't see that at any of the other greenhouses. They have many trees, bushes, ground cover, etc. My husband and I walked around for hours. My favorite thing there was the giant cow! They have topiaries (?) made from moss in various animal shapes. The cow was cute, and of course I HAD to have my picture with it. The funny thing is, the next time we visited they had dismantled the cow which apparently was in multiple pieces. He was on the ground with all his legs chopped off! Of course, I had to have a picture of that too. We will no doubt return to pick out our vegetables AND to check on the cow.
