  • Rude staff, pushy doctor and the other employees try to sell you everything on the shelves. I made an appointment for a facial, with suddenly slimmer day spa, and ended up getting a facial from an aesthetician who rents space from the spa, upstairs in a room. I thought about getting fillers (Juvederm)done, and got a little apprehensive about the situation and change my mind and they were so mad that I would not get the fillers. I paid & tipped just because the the lady was nice upstairs. They even told me I was complaining because I wanted to get a free facial. It never crossed my mind to try to get a free facial it crossed my mind to have a good facial from a good company, and from people who wouldn't do just anything for sales. Go at your own risk, but leave her credit cards at home. Just go someplace else and save yourself a headache.
