  • Don't ever shop here. I just purchased a futon and it took them 2 deliveries and they still didn't give me the bolts to put it together, and I was told that I can't have a refund because I need to haul the entire thing their myself, not just a receipt. Horrible business, please don't waist your money here, there are several other cheaper alternatives like Ross. There is another big lots on spring mountain and I would avoid that at all costs as well because of the poor customer service. I'm very disappointed, I'd heard good things about big lots from other parts of the country. But I won't ever shop there again after this
