  • In over 2 years, I have never seen so many broken treadmills, with "out of order" signs on them, that never seem to get fixed. And, even more treadmills where the TV's are broken...The sound doesn't work, or the picture is out or snowy. I tested all 17 treadmills, and only 5 are in good working order; 12 are broken. My friend complained last week, with no repairs to follow, and I complained today. The counter lady was more defensive than helpful, stating, "We just had all the TV's replaced last month." To which I replied, "Well then, you should have no problem getting the TV's fixed for free since they are still under warranty." Then she gave me a blank stare. Does it really matter if the TV's were fixed even yesterday...The problem is they are broken now! I had to try 5 different treadmills to find both the tread & TV that worked.
