  • This place.... ugh... The concept is perfect but the execution is just sad. Came in on a Friday night to meet my husband and his friend. The place was a dead. Maybe four other people in the entire place. So here we go... my husband arrives and the 5 women working took over 5 minutes to greet them while they stood at the bar and watched the staff play on their cell phones. They finally order a round of beers and grab a rack of balls to start their game. I enter roughly an hour and a half later. It's dead. Every person working including the security guard (minus kitchen staff) are on their cell phones... I wait for one of the severs to come over to take my drink order. Nothing for 30 minutes!!!! No kidding, no joking, I swear 30minutes!! Still nothing... not once the entire time while my husband or I were there (2 HOURS) did one person come up to us and ask if we needed anything!!! I'm sorry but that is just unacceptable! The vibe is similar to that of a strip club and the service ... well I think you get the point. The food? Well I never received any service so I didn't get a chance to even look at the menu. We will not be back.
