  • This is NOT Sonoran or Tex-Mex food. This is New Mexican food and it is excellent. I always get the Lupe's. It is flat cheese enchiladas with a fried egg on top. It is the quintessential New Mexican meal, in my opinion, and Frank and Lupe's obviously know how to make them. My husband has ordered a different entree every time we eat here and has never been disappointed. If you have never had New Mexican food you should give this place a try. Just remember that there are many regional Mexican foods and they are often significantly different from each other.
