I would recommend this establishment if you're interested in getting belongings stolen from your vehicle. I brought my truck in on Saturday, tipped the person greeting me $5 because I had quite a bit of dog hair in it from a recent road trip. The truck came through the wash, passed through the finish line, took it around again (not sure the reasoning), and after about 40 minutes of waiting my truck was ready. At this point I gave the individual finishing the truck another $5 tip for his troubles. I made my way to my next errand for the day, went to grab my $100 bill that I had put in an envelope and placed in my center console just prior to my trip to the car wash. Upon opening my console I noticed that it was completely different then how I had it organized and my $100 bill was missing. I immediately turned around and drove back to the car wash. I asked to have every individual that worked on the truck to make their way over. The gentleman said he would get his manager. Josh the assistant manager came over to speak with me. I explained what had happened and told him to get every person over. He informed me that this was not possible because "they were about to get very busy". He told me he would look over the video recordings to see if he could identify any foul play. Are there video cameras when the person took my truck around for a second time? He then pointed at a disclaimer on the wall stating that they were not responsible for missing or stolen items. You have got to be kidding me! Josh informed me that he would look over the situation and promised to call on Sunday. After not hearing from him on Sunday I waited until Monday, still no call. I decided to call in around 5:00 Monday evening. I spoke with Josh, he explained that there was no evidence pointing to anyone stealing my money and there was nothing he could do. Again, are there video cameras around the outside of the building showing the individual driving my truck around to take it back through the wash? Did you have your employees empty their pockets right after I spoke with you? There was nothing he could do. When its all said and done this average car wash cost me $130. I feel as though I got taken advantage of in this situation, even after my generosity and I am truly disappointed. I will be taking my business to establishments that value integrity and honesty.
