  • Went in about a month ago on a Thursday around 4pm, was asked to make an appointment by a rather friendly guy named Elvis or something. Made an appointment for the next day at 12pm. While walking out to my car, the guy made a comment about my car being a Mitsubishi and him being surprised that brand of car looked as good as mine, which I felt was kind of rude. I brushed it off and showed up with a family member at around 11:45am the next day. The only person there was a different lady who was with someone but regardless she didn't even acknowledge our presence. The people she was with left a little after 12pm, the lady still didn't come out to the lobby or say anything so I went into her office where she asked if she could help me. Instead of mentioning we had been standing around without acknowledgement for the last 20 minutes, I advised her I had a 12pm appointment with the male Elvis. The lady said "Oh, he is not here, I believe he is having car trouble". I asked if she knew when roughly he would be back and she advised she didn't. She did not offer to help at all just stated she would have him call me. She took my contact information and I've never heard from them since. I have attempted to go back on one occasion during business hours however, the office was closed for lunch? Absolutely horrible customer service for a location asking $1100+ for rent. I ended up leasing a condo elsewhere.
