  • Had a refrigerator that wasn't cooling called and scheduled for the next morning. He found out what the problem was which was pretty expensive to replace. Turns out my refrigerator was still under warranty. I would not have known had he not taken the time to double check the user manual for me. He could have easily charged me for the expensive work but he put the customer first and saved me a lot of money. Definitely goes a long way with me and perfect example of his service. Highly recommend him!
