  • All I can say is wow! Just a side note, we do not walk on our carpet with shoes at all, but Josh and St. Charles made my carpet look brand new!! Both men were super polite and quick. They were prompt and called me when they were heading to my home. The price quoted was very fair. They also clean grout and polish marble to it's original state. I had them come the next day to polish my marble. The technicians were Josh and Wilson. Let me tell you, Josh deserves a raise! He brought booties for him and Wilson and a few extra because I have people coming to my house to do work. I was floored that he was so thoughtful. The marble looks great and the carpets were dry in one hour like they stated. I highly recommend this company, I have been through so many shady companies who do not stand behind their work or all of a sudden have to charge more when they get to my house. I have no problem recommending this company, or the crew who came to make my marble and carpet look like new. Thanks Josh, Bill, St. Charles and Wilson.
