  • Im another victim. Jasper replaced my roof in 2011. They failed to replace the portion over the patio. They refuse to stand behind their work now and wont explain why I paid 9K. for a new roof but they didnt replace it all. The girl on the phone actually told me "its a 2 year labor warranty so it isnt our problem." Im hiring someone to fix their mess up and Im filing a complaint with the registrar of contractors.
