  • I absolutely loved this office, the service and the Dr. I had had a bad experience a few days ago at another completely different office and walked in here with somewhat of a chip on my shoulder but at the end of my visit and a few days later I realize the service here was nothing short of phenomenal. Yes I was called back about 30 minutes late but it was my fault for not providing my insurance information over the phone and when I got there she did advice me it would take a lil longer so they can verify my insurance and I appreciate that. When I got called back the Dr's assistant was great he asked questions about what happened and assured me that it would all be ok. Once the Dr came in he was very calm and understanding to our situation and my child's care he showed me the X-rays and let me know where the fracture was. He wasn't rushed or anything he provided his attention and care to us and was kind enough to ask if I had any questions once he left another assistant came in to cast my son and boy oh boy was he fun. He played with both of my children while casting him and made it a pleasure to be there. Then it was time for check out and I had no surprises my copay had already been collected so she just helped schedule my next appointment but she was polite and understanding to my schedule while still making sure to schedule in the time frame the Dr had suggested. I did have to be scheduled at another location but she apologized for the inconvenience and let me know that it was to follow the Dr which I also appreciate her telling me and me not being surprised at my next visit. Thanks team and keep up the fantastic work!!
