  • Moving to a new city has its share of challenges. Hooking up the utilities, transferring residency, new driver's licenses, insurance all hang heavy on our "Things to take care of" list while moving. Many people overlook something so important as to who will be providing maintenance on our everyday family movers; our cars/trucks/vans. Enter: Keffer VW! We're lucky here in the greater Charlotte area b/c we have several VW dealerships within just a half-hour of one another. My family and I just recently moved here from an area with just ONE dealership within an hour's drive! Needless to say, they were not motivated to really offer the care and attention to their customers as a major purchase would normally dictate. After looking into the local VW service shops, I decided on Keffer due to a) their location, b) their online scheduling tools, c) cleanliness of the shop, d) attentiveness of service technicians and customer services, and e) professionalism and prices for services. I had heard good things about this dealership and their service center from members of a VW forum sites, and was not disappointed. The waiting area was comfortable and they offered coffee, ESPN, and magazines to read while waiting. The customer service personnel were friendly and helpful, explaining the process, recalls, services, and schedule of fees. After such a horrific experience at my previous service center, I was hesitant to try another. But with Keffer VW, I feel like my safety and that of my family is well cared for.
